Class DefaultEntityTreeLayouts
Creates a default layout generator for a specified entity descriptor that has a default collection tree view
This single tree view takes up 100% of the layout
This is used automatically by the system if a collection of entities needs to be displayed, but there are no layouts for it. As long as there is a tree it will generate this default layout that uses that for the entire layoutImplements
