Currencies
Currencies are the currencies used throughout the system, particularly within Transactions. They are standing data items that are cached on the client.
Currency Features
As many currencies as you like can be maintained within the system, and every Transaction is recorded in up to 3 separate currencies ensuring you capture all relevant Currencies for Transactions.
Note
Currency also allow you to specify the number of decimal places a currency records, which can be used as the default level of rounding when a rounding level of "Currency" is selected.
Currencies also have associated exchange rates which can be pulled into the system automatically wherever needed. You only need to store exchange rates one way, the system will automatically calculate reciprocals where required.
