    Transaction Aggregators On allow you to define precisely which values you would like to aggregate together across a set of Transactions.


    Transaction Aggregator On Properties

    A Transaction Aggregator On has the following properties:

    Name Description
    Transaction Type Value Indicates this value against a Transaction should be included where it is available.
    If this is blank then GL Account must have a value. Both can't be blank, you must be aggregating a value.
    GL Account Indicates that the amounts of all GL Postings against the Transactions that have this GL Account should be included.
    If this is blank then Transaction Type Value must have a value. Both can't be blank, you must be aggregating a value.
    Operator Indicates how you would like to aggregate the values together:
    • Add
    • Subtract
    Note

    Multiple Aggregator On lines themselves are aggregated together providing a single overall value as the result of an aggregator.

    The result of this Aggregation operation is always provided in the 3 currencies every transaction tracks:

    • Local
    • Functional
    • Reporting
