Instrument Capital Account Data Items View

The Instrument Capital Account Data Items View allows you to modify the ways in which Transactions against an Instruments are treated during the Period End calculation.

Instrument Capital Account Data Properties

Instrument Capital Account Data Items have the following properties:

Name Description
Instrument The Instrument to modify the default behavior for when Transactions against it are processed in a Period End calculation.
Exclude From Capital Account Data Indicates all Transactions against this Instrument should be excluded from Period End calculations
Capital Account Data Split Override Indicates the Rule used to allocate the Transaction Values through the Allocation Path can use either of these Values:
  • A Amount
    By default this is the amount used when calculating allocation amounts through a path
  • B Amount
    This amount can be used instead if you want different allocation amounts to be used when processing these Transactions during a Period End
